Via Fly Logistics is a casual place to work at. We don't look at academic qualifications - we look for attitude, enthusiasm and integrity. However, we are serious about customer service and need people who can put the customer ahead of everything else.

We won't sugar coat - rentals business is a monotonous job at times and needs people who don't mind that, have high level of discipline and also, good attention to detail. It is also a weekend oriented business and so, requires you to be disciplined about attendance on those days. (We do have a Sunday holiday policy - though that hurts our business.)

2. Delivery Associate

This is a full time, Mon-Sat, 10am to 7pm job.

Applicant should have a bike.

The work involved

Petrol and Mobile reimbursement

Office Executive cum Admin

Via Fly Logistics has been dedicated to finding solutions for the transport of time- and temperature-sensitive products like Healthcare, FMCG, Manufacture  industries Via Fly Logistics covers more than 248 countries

• Arranging Day to Day Operational Activities

• Coordinating with the executive and operations assistants with regards to the supply chain.

• Import & Export coordination & Documentations.

• Follow up with the Customers, CHA & Agents domestically and internationally.

• Maintenance of Packaging Area.

• Arranging Pick up and deliveries in respective location.

• Updating of Pick-up details & PODS in CAPs, & to Customers.

• Arranging vehicle is as and when required.

• Arranging deliveries and pickups for domestic shipments.

• Co-ordinating with overseas offices and agents for arranging shipments.

• In case if there is any shortage of staff and any important shipments arrive, they have to personally attain the pickup and delivery emergency.

• Assist station Manager during Internal/External audits.

• Maintain and Provide MIS Reports as instructed by Station Manager.

• Tracking the AWB labels

Interpersonal skills ("Essential")

• Ability to lead a team.

• Ability to communicate by e-mail.
